To configure the module, first make electrical and freon connections in accordance with the attached technical and assembly documentation. Before starting the system for the first time, configure the AIR KIT module using the 4-pin SWITCH located in the device. SWITCH defines the power of the outdoor unit that the air handling unit cooperates with. The individual pin settings are described in the manual attached to the device.
The minimum installation length for Split and Office series devices is 3 m. These devices are pre-filled with a factor ensuring proper operation of the system for a maximum installation length of 5 m. It is also possible to make a longer installation, but then you have to remember to supplement the system with refrigerant. The maximum installation length depends on the outdoor unit. More information on the installation length can be found in the installation script or in the installation manual provided with each unit.
When the VRF installation is prepared, the first step before starting up is system configuration. This is done by SWITCHes placed on the control board of the outdoor unit (descriptions of individual SWICHs can be found on the inside of the device housing and in the technical documentation). The configuration consists in addressing the indoor units. It is possible to define automatic addressing, where the outdoor unit finds and rewrites addresses to indoor units automatically. There is also manual addressing, then we rewrite the addresses ourselves using a wired or wireless controller. If all connections are correct and the addressing is successful, the outdoor unit will display the number of indoor units according to our system.
The condition for the purchase of spare parts is a 100% prepayment on the basis of a proforma invoice.

Of course. Please report to the person who set up an account in the Partner Zone for the first time on behalf of the company. After logging in, she will be able to add new users. Such a notification is also verified by an Advisor from a given region. You will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address provided when adding a given user.
Probably an employee from your company has already set up an account in the Partner Zone and is a contact person on your company's side. Only this employee can add additional users to the Partner Zone after logging into the account.
